Working with my hands has always been a part of my life. Since I could move I have been collecting skills and creating things. “Lake life”, Native American Culture along with places I travel have been working their way into my pieces. I create jewelry that I like to wear first and foremost and then I share them.

.925 Sterling  Silver and Royston Ribbon Turquoise

1" long and 3/4" wide.  Artisanal stamped mountain range on the reverse of each earring.  Total drop with handmade sterling ear wires is 2"

Inspired by time spent in Death Valley National Park and in particular by Artist's Palette.  This is a most amazing area of rock colored and mixed into the face of the black mountains.  Immediately it made me dream of these earring with a beautiful Royston Ribbon

More about Royston:   Royston is known for its beautiful colors ranging from deep green to rich, light blues set off by a heavy brown matrix or a golden brown matrix. It is also known for the rare blue to green fade that can be found in one rock or cabochon.  The Royston is a mining district in Nevada outside of Tonapah.
